Simply Ritz

From the very beginning, the girl's family strongly objected to her dating this guy, saying that it has to do with family background. The family believe that the girl will suffer for the rest of her life is she still be with him.

Due to family's pressure, the couple have quarreled for several times. Though the girl really love this guy, but she was not sure of his love and appreciation towards her. She always ask him, "How deep is your love?".

As the guy is not the kind who's a sweetalker, he just remained silent and this has caused the girl to be very upset. Because of his attitude towards her, and family's pressure, she often let her anger on him. But he never response to her anger, he only endure it silently.

After a couple of years, the guy finally graduated and decided to further his study somewhere in overseas. Before leaving, he proposed to the girl, "i"m not very good with words. But all I know is that I love you. If yo allow me, I will take care of you for the rest of my life. As for your family, I'll try my best to persuade and win their heart. Baby, will you marry me?''

The girl agreed and finally they the guy succeeded in persuading her family to approve the marriage. They got engaged before the guy left Malaysia for UK to continue his study. During the period, the girl worked in Malaysia. They communicate through emails and phone calls. Even though they are far away, but it never weakening their love, but it makes it grows stronger.

One day, while the girl was on her way to the office, she was knocked down by a car driven by drunken man. She was paralyzed and submitted to hospital. When she woke up, she saw her parents on her side of her bed. She tried to call their names, but failed. She realized then that she has lost her voice.......

The doctor said that the impact on her brain caused her to lose her voice. Listening to the doctor, she cannot hold it but to cry thinking of her future. She was completely broke down, devastated by the info.

Later, she was released from the hospital, and accompanied by her family to take her home. Upon reaching home, everything seemed to be the same except for the ringing tone coming from the phone; which pierced into her heart everytime it rang. She does not wish to let the guy know the fact that she is no longer be able to speak. She wrote a letter, the last letter - asking for a break up.

Since then, she never contacting him anymore, but the guy, instead of giving up, he sent millions of replies, countless phonecalls. But nothing the girl could do, she just crying thinking of the man.

Her parents decided to move away, hoping that she could eventually forget everything and lived happily. In the new place and environment, the girl learn sign language and started a new life. She also was tring to forget the guy, even though it is very hard for her. Then, one day, her friend came and told her that the man that he used to love (still love him actually) is back. She asked her friend not to let him know where she lives, nor let him know what happened to her. SInce then, there wasn't any news from him.

A year passed and her friend cam with an envelope - an invitation card of the guy's wedding. The girl shocked, and almost burst into tears. But she tried to act strong, she tried to control her emotion. Shakingly, she embraced her gut to open the card. She was so shocked.................. her name was written on the card as the groom.

When she was about to ask her friend, she saw a man standing in front of her. Even she didn't see him for more than a year, she still recognize the face - it was him. He moving his hand, telling her something in sign language. "I've spent a year to learn sign language. Just to let you know that I've never forget about the promises I made for you, I never forget you. Please allow me to be your voice. I love you." Finishing the sentence, he slipped the ring back into her finger.

The girl, who was never smile after losing her voice, finally gaining back her smile, and her happiness.
